In accordance with Regulation 24(2) of the SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014, Trade Nova Technologies Private Limited maintains the following Code of Conduct:
We shall act honestly and in good faith in all our research activities and client interactions.
We shall act with due skill, care, and diligence and shall ensure that all research reports are prepared after thorough and independent analysis.
We shall effectively address conflicts of interest which may affect the impartiality of research analysis and research reports, and shall make appropriate disclosures to address the same.
We shall not engage in insider trading or front running of our own research reports. All research recommendations are published simultaneously to all entitled clients without discrimination.
We shall maintain confidentiality of all research reports until they are made available in the public domain. Client data shall be held in strict confidence.
We are engaged in research analysis and shall observe the highest professional standards while preparing and publishing research reports.
We shall comply with all regulatory requirements applicable to the conduct of our business activities, including all SEBI circulars, notifications, and amendments.
Senior management bears primary responsibility for ensuring the maintenance of appropriate standards of conduct and adherence to proper procedures at all times.
